The Project

Limeco Resources Limited selected CASE Hot Coal Gasification technology for its new calcination plant. The project integrates a CASE 4.0 MA Hot Coal Gasifier to generate producer gas for continuous kiln operations.

CASE Solution

The installed system is designed to convert coal into producer gas, providing a reliable gaseous fuel source for the calcination process.

Production Reference – 300 TPD

For a typical 300 TPD plant:

  • Gas Requirement: 300 × 80 = 24,000 m³/day
  • Coal Requirement: 300 × 145 = 43,500 kg/day
